Halloween Recital 2025

Date: Sunday, October 26th, 2025

Time: 4-5PM (first group), 5:30-6:30PM (second group)

4-5PM Group - students of Ms. Brooklyn, Mrs. Ceren, and Ms. Victoria

5:30-6:30PM Group - students of Ms. Alexa

All students are required to come at least 10 minutes early to get seated and be prepared. We will be starting the performances right at the start time and if you arrive later your child may not be able to perform.

Location: 251 N Roosevelt Ave, Chandler, AZ 85226 (New Hope Community Church - Chandler)

Dress code: We encourage our performers—and audience members—to dress in spooky and in your Halloween costumes! Make sure your Halloween costume doesn’t block the hands from playing or the eyes from seeing.

Otherwise, semi-formal wear (what you would wear to Sunday church).

What to wear: dresses, collared shirts, dress pants, dress shoes

What to NOT wear: casual shirts, jeans, leggings, flip flops, crop tops, etc.

Recital fees: $25 per performer

There won't be any refunds given out if the student is unable to attend. Recital fees cover the costs of renting the venue, refreshments, awards, and sheet music given to students.

During the recital: The students each will be performing 1-2 themed songs/pieces memorized. We will be prioritizing quality over quantity when it comes to the student's performances. We make sure the student can perfect their first piece (memorized) before starting a second one.

Photo release: any students attending to perform must agree to the photo release to share on our social media and website. We will be taking a group photo, photos of students performing on stage, and pictures of the audience (examples below).

We require that students performing to stay until the end of the recital. That way the performers at the end have the same audience as the beginning.

For those who are unable to attend live (friends or family out of state), we will be recording the entire performance and upload the footage on YouTube as a private video to rewatch or send!
