Alexa created a new system of positive reinforcement in her studio. Whenever students complete pieces, worksheets, theory, and practice, they earn a number of points that gets tracked in their point tracker (see image below).
Once they earn 25 points they can get a small prize... OR they can save their points for a bigger 100 point prize..... OR save even more points to win the biggest of the prizes: the 500 point prizes.
Most students are making the smart decision and saving their points for the 100 point prize and a few and even patiently waiting longer for the best 500 point prizes!
At the end of the year we write down each number of student's points and see who has the most. The student that has the most points wins a TROPHY!
